Was there no hiring between 2011-2014 period, or have all those guys left? Big gap in the list.
Zero pilots hired between the end of 2011 and beginning of 2014. Only 24 hired in 2014. So yes, there is a huge gap. Hopefully pilots hired at the beginning of this year will be seeing an upgrade by the end of next year if enough FO's bypass upgrade. Plus another 30 200's added to the fleet by July.

Let's see if they can get the '60 per month' they want hired next year.
Glad to be on the -200, a growing fleet, should help with reserve time. What are we at for -200s now? Mid 30s?

IIRC, from what was said in ground school in November, #37 arrives on property sometime later this month (December 2015)

Bring them on! More -200s the better. They may not be a Dreamliner or A350 but if they make for a quick upgrade then I am all for it. Good to see some positive things happening here

I agree. It doesn't matter the airframe. Get people upgraded, logging pic time and get them moving on to bigger and better things. How it should be at the regionals.

Anyone have any idea how negotiations are going or rumors of what they are talking about?

A plane is a plane! Always good to see additions to the fleet.
So many people got wrapped around the axle about CRJ v ERJ, -200 v -900.

A plane is a plane yes...unless it's the Avro. Just ask any long timer XJ pilot. LOL couldn't resist.

Haha, never had a chance to fly on the Avro when it was with XJ. Did end up on one of them after they sold a few to some French airline. Cramped things, they way they had it arranged.

You can't compare an Avro to a CRJ or E-145... The Avro was built like an airliner not a business jet.
