There really isn't any soft money that won't be paid for many times over by productivity enhancements. Reserve is about to become even more horrendous.

I did.

And it's coming back now.

They knocked us down 3 pegs, I never expected to get that all back.

I want the bonus turned into hourly.

I want 12 years increased.

I want better 401k.

I want better sick and vacation accruals.

Changes to ready reserve is the only thing I've heard. Maybe he's heard more. RR will cover both bases instead of just one. That'll suck I guess.

Please tell me about reserve and it becoming more horrendous. I don’t care about 83 as long as reserve rules get better. I want long call and better pay guarantee like if they don’t use me I still get at least 3.9hr towards my month.
I am patiently waiting till Wednesday. I don’t understand how I am supposed to email questions about a TA I haven’t seen?????
