Without real career progression it's dead! In my humble opinion...With the regional pilot shortage increasing .....why should we sign a 7 year sentence? Most of you probably aren't aware of your CURRENT networth. High demand means major improvements.

I understand. Honestly, for me as a much more recent hire, I am fine with $23 an hour. But it seems like a slap in the face to those of you who took the pay cuts and worse during the BK. Bear in mind, $23K was 2015 dollars. If you took that $25.56 and added 1.5% for three years, it should actually be $26.28 an hour today. So $23.09 (83 hours) is more than $3 an hour rate lower than what should be making, all other things being equal.
We will have the highest 2nd and 3rd year pay of any regional in America, and that is pretty awesome. But without a new hire bonus, we will drop to $48K for FYFOs. Not very competitive, as most younger folks can’t see past 12 months. But we shall see next week, I suppose.

I want to be back and more.
They knocked us down 5 steps in bankruptcy, it's a pipe dream to think we would even get back 3.
These negotiations weren't about getting back but about turning a temporary bonus into permanant hourly rates.
Everything else they are offering is to change the amenable date.
This is a get what you can at the moment deal.
We will raise the bar, other regionals will have to follow, then Delta will have to raise again to stay in the game.

Seriously? With such a significant percentage of compensation being tied to a bonus, someone who is crediting 100 hours is making less per hour than someone who is crediting 75 hours. Just because you are making guarantee does not make your time more valuable than someone who is crediting over guarantee.
