I hope you're right.

The back and forth here still helps that silent majority that might be reading but not posting or will hear about it in the crew room.

I've flown with several guys that said initially they were a no but as they hear more about it they're leaning more towards yes, it's those guys I hope we reach.

You're right, some guys are a "no" no matter what, you could offer them bonus at 75 hours and they'd ask why not bonus + 5%?

Here's hoping we have more guys that know what a bird in the hand looks like. I'd love to start bringing home larger monthly checks starting in January ratger than continuing to wait months at a time for bonus money.

The ratio hold regardless.

Understood. Some guys don't like to fight about it and it can be easier to just go with the flow.

I've flown with guys I didn't agree with politically and usually I nod along to keep the peace, I think this is different but understand your point.

Completely agree, we will all vote how we're going to vote. I think having more viewpoints can't hurt.

If it wasn't for the forums, I wouldn't even know there were guys that think this is a bad deal.

Your confidence should not be shaken. She’s at home with her philandering husband, not running the country.

There are only 1445 or so pilots eligible to vote. (Less attrition since August)

But that has zero to do with the TA passing. If only 31 pilots vote, and 16 vote yes, it passes.
