From everything I'm reading on this and other sites, seems like a good time to get into this industry. I've also read about Piedmont with a flowthru, and Republic offering 40/hour to start.
The retention pay, as I understand it, is to keep pilots from making lateral moves and starting over at other regionals chasing upgrades, money, etc (this was big back in late 2013).

With the new adjustments, 9E pilots will avg around 56k first year when you factor in all the bonuses, per diems, etc. Fly above average and you'll be pushing north of 60k. That's far and above the industry average, and well above RJets offering.

Good luck with your decision!

Endeavor has major stagnation at the top level. Some were awarded a cherry sweet seniority number, and have no intention moving on, and I don't blame them. There should be some movement, but most are in it for the long run. Basically we need more airframes to make this place worth it. Again...reserve IS NOT A CHOICE! Not when bills have to be paid. JAN Mock bid out ...eleven year guy still six numbers from a line. Don't sugar coat it,.this place is still a sh!t show.

Set up a solid flow and alot of that stagnation will go away. Tell your Alpa reps what you want. Solid pay and a solid flow!

No...that would make sense. Flow would solve all the problems, however I think a pay raise is more practical. Delta and flow don't mix.

I think after bloch ends in May we should see some pretty good movement on the 200 side. The 900 is pretty much clogged with concrete that isn't going anywhere (except for revolving junior reserve captains). Rumor has it that there will be another 200 base opening sometime soon. Probably NYC but that's just a guess.

One way to really tick off our NYC passengers would be to bring the -200 back to NY. I sure hope that's not gonna happen.

No reason to bring them to NYC but CVG or RDU seems to make a lot of sense.

Yum yum,
everyone is tired of your whining. An Endeavor FO showed me his pay stub. (I didn't believe him.) He is on pace to make as much as you on reserve. He holds all weekends and holidays. Controls his schedule. Yes he works hard, but he probably has more days off. If you don't like Endeavor work hard to leave. I have lots of friends that left to greener pastures and are happy. They had to work hard to move on.

This is s ridiculous argument. Endeavor should be place where you enjoy to go to work. Get paid well for what you do and move on if you wish. It shouldn't be a place you have to power through and then get out as soon as you can.

That must have either been from LOA 50 or a ton of 200% pickups. What happens when those go away? Back to $39/hr and unable to support a family.
