Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

That is reserve captain pay and they aren't getting 20 days off as they are picking up open time on their days off to get anywhere close to that much money (remember FO pay is capped at about $39/hr) And they must be offering a LOT more premium pay for FO than they have been for captain then....

You are correct. They get 18-20 a month then pick up. He said they were offering so much 200% that he went down to 8 days off. Point is you can make just as much money and have control of your schedule if you want. He said he did a lot of DLH CDO's for 200%. Lots of home time!

That was removed. Only FTI's must show 8 days off it doing training or checking. Line guys just have to stay legal.

Would the new TA, if passed, apply to everyone at the airline, or only to those hired after passage (in terms of extra bonuses and pay rates; obviously work rules would apply to everyone)?
And is there a planned voting date yet?

Applies to everyone except for the (at company discretion) training bonus that starts at $3000 and could go to $10,000 for new hires completing training.

Am I reading it correctly that while new hires have the $3,000 bonus, they will have a $20,000 retention bonus as opposed to $23,000?

Is the $23,000 a one-time (or one-year) thing? In other words, would a 2016 hire still get $23,000 (20k retention + 3k training as opposed to 23k retention) for 2016 but then $20k in subsequent years while those already at the airline still get the $23k retention in those years? Or is the total amount still the same and it's just a matter of what components it breaks up into?
