Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

It's a bad deal because it doesn't benefit the ENTIRE PILOT GROUP. Tell me how it does ? Why should we give a rats arse about first year pay? That's has absolutely zero weight. ALPA keeps forgetting about the ten year pilots that are still on reserve. The reserve enhancements are irrelevant. Reserve thresholds continue to be outrageous, ready reserve is still the biggest waste of time. This new TA hits all the senior pilots that are still on reserve right in the nsack.
This thing really does have something in it for everyone. I'm thankful for anything that comes our way.

I am tired of the " you chose to be a reserve" argument... Perhaps if FO pay were liveable to support a family, I could buy it, but that's just not the case as a sole income for a family here (or any regional) so it's not a choice to stay an FO and support a family in any base in our system.

I wish that was true. I saw 601XJ and 602XJ in MSP with "operated by Skywest" on the side of the plane. But yeah, the rest of the original XJ 900's are for sure still here.

Until the next time that plans don't work and you find yourself a 9 year captain downgraded at 4 year fo pay (and unable to pay the bills thanks to that) If there is true growth, there could be 100 year FO pay, it shouldn't matter... During the bankruptcy, the company fought hard for the 12/4 cap for a reason (they knew that 90% of FOs were about to be over that 4 year cap)....If this growth is true, there should be no reason NOT to restore the 8 year FO scale.

One of five? Are you lost? Good grief talk about a clueless misinformed weasel. Like Avro said, pay my damn bills and I will downgrade in a nanosecond. Honestly.. Know your facts before you make stupid comments.

Hey guys, couple questions:
1. How long are new hires on reserve?
2. Any fleet expansion taking place?
3. Is 3-4 year upgrade realistic?
4. Does Delta have any plans to make a flow agreement in the future or if not is that a likely scenario?

Gladly will if you want to make up the pay difference... I can't afford 4 year FO pay here ( I lived it last year and still am trying to pay off the debt of being a sole income parent on it ) And there are more than 5 of us.... course there are a lot more than 5 from other companies that are comfortably holding lines as captains.... that I am in full blame of ALPA for, and that's no secret.

2. -200s are being added every month or so. No firm commitment on numbers, but I recall seeing 36 currently earlier in the thread.
3. Anyone's best guess, many things can change in the next few years.
4. From what I gather, Delta doesn't want a flow agreement. As of right now, DGI is what we will have for newhires.
