Out of those left to go, apparently 30 total will go Jan/Feb/Mar and 15 per month following. Delta plans to get caught up at the end of next summer.

Hopefully we can get the 600 pilots here in 2016 and keep on track with the planned 350 upgrades.

Once the guys around ShyGuys seniority(had he stayed at Pinnacle) start moving to Delta then it will truly sting. He bragged so loudly about making his move to Virgin as if he had a crystal ball and has spent a considerable amount of time trying to criticize and malign Pinnacle and now Endeavor. Although not all of what he is said is untrue, he has an agenda. I think he would feel good if Endeavor failed. Now that the opposite appears to be true and some of his colleagues are winding up ahead of him things have gotten complicated. Maybe, just maybe he will retreat back into the shadows and stay quiet.

Thanks for the reply!

Upgrade times are dropping, but are not currently even close to 2 years... 2 years from now, who knows. And for the last time THERE IS NO FLOW TO DELTA. The current offering, is an off the street interview opportunity at Delta after at least 2 years as a captain at Endeavor for new hires.

Or maybe the guy is actually happy at Virgin. I know plenty of people at places like Virgin, JetBlue, Spirit, that have no intention of leaving for any of the "big 3"

To each their own. I mean after all, this business of notion-based brotherhood is every man for himself. Personally, I think those whom have departed Endeavor and continue to belittle and berate us have a deep-seeded enamor for this place. I mean, hatred is quite possibly the highest form of love.

I don't think there are really any junior bases, just depends on what airplane you get. A lot of guys in my class went to DTW on the 200 but mostly everybody who went to the 900 got what they wanted, and the guys that didn't get what they wanted initially got it on the last vacancy. I think the only thing that wasn't on the vacancy was 200 spots in MSP from what my sim partner told me. The class after us was an all 900 class and they seemed to all get what they wanted including a lot of MSP guys.
