Yes, thank you. If you're a perspective applicant or a new hire, please take the stuff on here with a grain of salt. It's a pretty narrow cross section that posts in here. Many have an axe to grind. Some don't even work here anymore. And most will not be happy unless they eventually get to say "see, I told you". Which of course they never will.

The vast majority of line pilots at Endeavor are great people and very professional aviators and we will welcome you with open arms.

Yes this is concessionary, and it's been concessionary since the pilot group voted in the turd contract.

Doesn't matter. If you feel like you got a raw deal, you know where the door is and virtually everybody is hiring. It is what it is. Move forward, look forward, and be assertive.

Anyone know if the Commuting policy is also improving via the proposed TA, company sponsored hotels specifically? Also which air frame are the new guys getting, the 200? Anybody commuting from South Florida? Is JFK or LGA junior?

Thats surprising...so you have a CJO at Delta. That's great and congrats!

I haven't been negative 100%, But I do have an opinion, and the right to vote. "Reserve is a temporary position"....well not at Endeavor..as a matter of fact reserve has been 80-90% of my career. So when I hear crap like growth blah blah blah..the facts are the facts. I live my life based on real time, and experience....not maybe, and we might.

It is my opinion, that this TA doesn't represent the entire pilot group. You have yours, and I have mine.
