MSP as CP takes forever. Really.

MSP as FO should be possible within 1 to 3 years.

MSP is super senior on both the CP and FO side.

200 is closing. Most junior FO at MSP on the 900 was a May 2017 hire. Most junior line holder based on the mock was hired in June of 2016. Captains are 10+ years to hold the base and close to 20 to hold a line.

Correct on CA side but most recent vacancy has a 6 Month FO moving over in January. June hire. Reserve for him will probably be a year or two.

I am guesstimating based on the implications of 18-01.

Perfect practice makes perfect.

I’d hate to be with a guy who was flying his first-ever RNAV out of ATL because the A/P was deferred, and he had heretofore been relying solely on the A/P.

There are plenty of other opportunities to hand fly in lower risk environments.

And yes, I am a wuss.

Umm, the RNAV departures out of ATL are just a gentle turn away from the runway. Who needs the autopilot or even the flight director for that? It's not like we're landing the space shuttle here.

Do we NEED the FD? No. But the company requires it, so...

Can someone refresh my memory? The check we get on the 1st is for which dates of work and the check we get on the 16th is for which dates of work. I know that the 16th is for last months over 75, I just want to know about the GTY part. Also, does anyone know how the upcoming paychecks will be handled with the rate change?
