Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

Must you have a 4 year degree to hit the DGI mins? Don't think so. Would it be wise to have one and be competitive? You bet.
Folks have been hired without a 4-year degree, but they all carried very impressive resumes with a very good reason as to why they don't have it and what they did instead. If you don't have one, I'd try to get one.
If you already have an amazing resume and just want currency, you likely wouldn't be concerned with the program, so I'd try to finish it or get it. Don't take it personal, just an answer to your question without a filter. There would be no surprise if a new and more streamlined program is put in place when the SSP (pre-existing program) ends with the last applicants in the spring.
Career progression is the selling point beyond money, so I'd expect something that makes sense and is simple to understand. Right now there are 3-4 programs just at endeavor to DL... Just 1 for new hires and those post-ssp would make sense from a recruiting standpoint.

I think this is dependent on if we get 600 guys in the door next year, which I think it will be a lot but not 600. And if I'm correct that 1-1.5 also comes from us hiring very little to none from 2009-2014.

The 200 and 900 are the same type. The split 200/900 class starts on the same date, go through indoc together, then are split into 200 or 900 specific classes. You bid for your A/C in that class, 900 only class you know what your getting, aircraft wise anyway.
