Ponies. We all get ponies.
Whatever Delta is planning, no one on here can tell you. You will hear people say "Delta is unhappy about X" or "Delta is going to do Y", and every one of those statements is a guess. There is no one named Delta that those guys have sat down and had a heart to heart with, and Richard Anderson isn't returning any pilot phone calls. It is all guesses and rumors. Until you see it in an official email, or on Delta or Endeavor stationary, just assume that the person giving you the info heard it from someone (usually claimed as a check airman, aka someone with no more info than any other pilot), who heard it from someone, who heard it from someone who pulled it out of their @$$.
The only factual info is what is written down by the company, and that is $23k in bonus money, 1st year pay is $30. The option is there contractually to bump that to $30k for new hires (20k over the year and 10k at the end of training). They want 60 a month to come, what we have now won't do it, I'd imagine. Expect more wonderful stuff to come to reach that goal. What is it? I don't know, and neither does anyone else who is typing on APC, most likely sitting on a toilet in an airport bathroom.

700s, Delta staple, Delta flow, raises in hourly and bonus, hats. None are true, but hats are the most likely, in exchange for something else.
Also, ponies.

That's just it, when someone asks what the rumors are, the answer is whatever crazy thing you can make up. Yesterday I had a guy tell me that we would be flying the 190s that Delta just ordered. I smiled and wondered how someone with this level of delusions passes a 1st class medical exam.

I was in an Endeavor heavy hotel one night having dinner quietly in the corner with 8 guys being loud at the bar. The summary of their unavoidable conversation was "dude, Delta is just going to staple us on the bottom. We already have our FAs staying in other hotels like them. They are doing that to make the merge easier."

Endeavor is Delta's pax transport/hiring pool/training academy. They seem to be committed to spending the money to shore that up. Everyone knows the regional sector is coming to an end but Delta is investing in Endeavor until they have completely served their purpose. That's the business end of things. Delta even warned its pilots about the reliability of trying to commute on regionals. With that said I believe Endeavor will be one of it not the last regional standing.
