I think airlines are missing a leadership course. Us young people need coaching in leadership skills and how to understand different decisions that happen. Upgrading to CA is great but overall the development of a person comes with coaching. I overall think Delta wants very mature pilots with strong leadership skills. It is hard to learn leadership skills from a CA that is poor in them.
If the union puts a package together that has 4 year degree and sometime type of leadership and personal development schooling/ coaching, I think Delta will bite.

No but I'd perform favors to know when the next vacancy notice will be. I know I know.....first week of July. Just impatient.

I'm using the crew outfitters pants now. I've used both the pleated and flat front depending on how I'm doing with diet/exercise. They seem to be fine just noticed that they are fading now.
I'm interested to hear if anyone uses the cut above pants. I love their shirts and Don't buy anything else.

I bought a pair of machine washable slacks from Kohl’s. van heusen brand. Saves on dry cleaning big time and can’t tell the difference from the usual ones.
