Seriously?? I've been based in NY and ATL. I've done several TDY's to both MSP and DTW, and id take ATL over any of them! Everything works! All the frequencies line up. You know exactly what to expect. It basically never snows, and when it does everything cancels and you just ride it out in the hotel.
