Tread carefully there bud. Weren't you the one who came here and complained about reserve and were on the SKW boards talking about switching because of stagnation here?

No complaints about 5 in class. All I'm saying is the math of net pilots for our hiring and attrition numbers doesn't work. That is newsworthy because we get nice improvements when they have a net loss of pilots.

I predict November attrition might be a bit of a carnage...anecdotally, I've heard a lot of folks are leaving.

Out of the pilots that have moved on in 2019 YTD, only 24% have gone to Delta. So much for being the "defined path" as is advertised on our recruiting banners.

Its a defined path to populate EDV's ranks...not Delta's, but we knew that.

Or what?

My point is that it looks really silly to say that a single class size (one point of data) was relatively small out of the entire data set from the past several months, and then turn around and say we shouldn't increase pay for new hires, Which is one way of increasing new hires.

Also, I'm fairly certain that you were complaining about the reserve situation a couple years ago as well. So what's your point?

A single class size can be anomolus, but looking at multiple class sizes versus attrition and factoring the growth, it appears we are likely behind the hiring curve.

Great. Let's use that as leverage to get some duty rigs. Hopefully that's something we can all agree on.

I left for spirit. cant praise it enough. dropping down to 0 and picking up with contractual green days at 75 percent. If youre and FO and waiting for upgrade and DGI, youre a fool. the future isn't with the big three. I can assure you that in speculation. If youre hinging on the big three or 4 with Alaska, go to one with flowback provisions or I'll see you on the streets in 2020 or 2021.
