And as the highest paid dci carrier we have tons of leverage to get paid more.

Not that it's my business anymore, but i hope you get realistic by dec of 2018. In the meantime I'll hope your classes are empty to force the issue and get you the flow.

Thanks for your input, but most of us here would like there to be full classes and a flow. Tough to upgrade otherwise.

Lots of us want empty classes for pay rates and then full classes after we have rates and maybe a flow or at least an improved DGI.

You're not going to get what you want on payrates without empty classes. Get real on rates or bide your time. Eitherway, jesuit out!

For $85/HR I'll gladly downgrade and make room for someone that wants to start the clock on the DGI coin flip. There are precious few captain seats currently not occupied by guys that have no path/or interest in moving on. That's where American has the Delta regionals in Check.
