That's my hope but blending the bonus with pay rates based on guarantee is about $25 more an hour. To be competitive with others who have flow and more upfront money to new hires, the pay needs to be close to what you said. But just blending and nothing else is about $25+/ hr more.

Lots of us want empty classes for pay rates and then full classes after we have rates and maybe a flow or at least an improved DGI.

You're not going to get what you want on payrates without empty classes. Get real on rates or bide your time. Eitherway, jesuit out!

For $85/HR I'll gladly downgrade and make room for someone that wants to start the clock on the DGI coin flip. There are precious few captain seats currently not occupied by guys that have no path/or interest in moving on. That's where American has the Delta regionals in Check.
