LOL “the wrong thing to do.” Because a college kid’s gonna choose to die on that sword rather than make a nice career for himself. Get real.

I would seriously be questioning your judgement if you did not take the opportunity.

Is that a new hire wearing an orange lanyard in front of TW in the latest pilot class pic? Points for him.

Nah. I think that dude is a captain upgrade. Or instructor training. Not sure why he's in that photo

Well, he still gets some points, I guess.

That would be a return to work captain. It would be funnier if it was a new hire though.

That’s another issue. These kids as you say don’t know right from wrong with zero experience, right! Ok, now you take them through a little training and the are supposed to be mature enough to operate airline jet with passengers aboard. How is that going to work out?

You act like not knowing about some pilots' opinions on a career progression offer and the morality of it is the equivalent of not knowing that murder is bad. If there's anyone at Endeavor whose maturity I question, it's not of those new hires.

Anyone with a Propel offer would be a fool not to take it.

I fly GA with a number of senior DL mainline types and I've heard them express that they want a Lufthansa model and Propel at first was an attempt at it.
