Heading back to NY Tuesday for a reserve stretch on the 200. Just getting off my 2 week quarantine. Wondering why am I heading back to a hot spot of the country to sit reserve for zero flying? Yes flying is still happening but it will obviously start and end with a deadhead. Why not keep us at home and deadhead from there? Plus they will be utilizing the mass of line pilots on AVL first.
I know the ball dropped late in the week but maybe the 7th floor should be working this weekend.

Although I’m sure they would save a lot more money if they figured out some other solution, since the hotel costs in base are going to be crazy with all the AVL I see on lineholders schedules

I believe the bailout package keeps Delta from furloughing any mainline or Endeavor pilots until September 30th . As for the “fake news” line, even your precious Fox News admits coronavirus is a big issue. When hospitals start running out of ventilators and other necessary equipment maybe you’ll see that this is a real issue.

Folks, Endeavor will NOT qualify for the relief package. Polish that resume up, Endeavor will not exist in 90 days. Delta is going to cut us like Tom Brady got cut from the Patriots. It was nice working with you all over the last 11 years.
