Delta has offered you more than you deserve by a landslide. The money should stay at mainline and not another dime should be wasted on Endeavor “air”.

Explain? I poured my heart and soul into this place. I can’t even get an interview OTS despite being a LCP, ex chief pilot, various volunteer roles. think delta is a disgusting place and would rather work anywhere else.

If the flying is brought back in house, I cannot imagine a mainline Delta PIC being thrilled about having to work a BTV-LGA flight. Give a pilot a free Cadillac (or Miata), they'll complain about the color.
