Delta has offered you more than you deserve by a landslide. The money should stay at mainline and not another dime should be wasted on Endeavor “air”.
Any complaints coming out of this JV airline is nothing short of laughable.

The decision has already been made. Let Endeavor die a slow or quick death, just be prepared to distribute the flying as necessary.

The flow is a free legacy job no questions asked. Zero effort no interview with a terrible flight and/or personal record and you’re hired at one of the highest paying most sought out airline jobs in the industry.

Ah, youre talking about a final wind down date. I mean the announcement when theyll start yanking airplanes which would be october. I think we're saying the same thing except, in this market if DAL starts yanking the max airplanes the contract will allow in october you will have to shut it down completely when you lose 20% of the staff every month. You wont make Q2. Compass made it to april 2020 because no one was hiring during covid.
