Yes, because 75 C series will replace 447 Delta Connection aircraft...

It's really quite simple. As long as regionals can provide lift cheaper than mainline (and even with our bonuses we cost a drop in the bucket compared to mainline) they will exist in full force. As soon as they can't provide the lift (staffing), or are more expensive, it will move to DL.

Delta will only take pilots that are "Delta material". If you don't have a 4 year degree, with a few dozen carrier landings, then you will not work at Delta.
Not even close to the truth. Delta has hired many civilian pilots lately. Although I will agree with you, military pilots are heavily favored as I think they should be. Keep thinking supply and demand, and you'll have your answer. Additionally, Delta isn't the only game in town

The sky is not falling, quite the contrary. Endeavor is probably the best place to be right now. Pay that no one can come close to, 12 month upgrade, and pretty good contract provisions.
Having been in MSP for training recently, certain management types even admitted they aren't opposed to putting the bonus money in the pay rates, according to what was said in class.

Too bad that decision is made in ATL, not MSP.

And who exactly do you think their alliance is too. Clue, think puppet and and strings. Just because Endeavor management is in MSP doesn't mean they're off on their own island. For God's sake, while we are not Delta, we are an extension of Delta. Always have been. Weather we were Mesaba/Pinnacle, or Endeavor. Pinneacle and Mesaba management just simply followed the orders of mainline weather it was Northwest or Delta. Where regionals have an advantage (non wholly owned) like Skywest or Republic is the ability to be self sufficient. Meaning financing the airframes themselves. If mainline can keep some of these investments off their books it gives them a better credit rating and more buying power for the bigger stuff

Lunacy. No facts are laid out. Four months ago Endeavor was getting ready to take on 700's and now has a program in place to get them flying at Endeavor on short notice. A month after that they were working on an Embraer program, all of these came down from the mothership. You think Delta knows what is going to happen in 3 years when they don't even know who will be flying their planes next month? They are in panic mode over regional flying - if Delta regional flying doesn't all end up at mainline in 3 years then most likely it will all end up at Skywest and Endeavor. Bringing up Comair as still relevant to this conversation shows how out of touch with reality you are.

And if it does , endeavor pilots flow to delta .

Oh I know better than to believe anything that is said up there, but it was something I wouldn't have expected to ever hear.
