-I think the stipend for NYC crews is a good deal. If anyone complains about it they are more than welcome to bid NYC.
-Extra day off for reserves.
-Ready reserve needs to go away or if they intend to keep it then they don't need the 2 hour call out as well. Make it much longer and make the provisions for ready reserve much more restrictive and at least 5 hours of pay.
-make it necessary to keep at least 3% of available flying in open time in each position in every base with the same provisions that came with LOA71 that require up to 5% in those specific situations.
-tighter restrictions on reserve grid and premium pay attached to the negative numbers
-better sick time accrual
-positive space for commuters on second attempt to get to work or maintain pay for flights lost while commuting.
-Extra day off for reserves.

Flow ain't happening, but pay increase and travel priority can. I don't see daddy D offering a flow to pilots they already said no to. They clearly don't want them on property. Get your apps out, and go somewhere else don't depend on a flow.

Wanted to add this isn't a jab at the pilots that got turned down. We all are aware there were plenty great peeps out there that got denied by daddy.

One option commutes get a forgive once a year.
Two options are unlimited - but probably still open to review if it's excessive.
Positive space? It should happen but it probably won't ever happen.

This is a pretty dense comment, it is dense because you really think that a flow is within reach but you don't think a better commuter policy is - good luck. Rental cars and company credit cards for dinner will happen before a flow. The company already positive spaces to/from work everyday, so your comment (which sarcastically implied that a better commuter policy was less likely to happen than rental cars on overnights or free meals on overnights or 20 days off for reserves) makes no sense.
