If you did any research at all, you'd realize that their 6 year flow concept isn't a realistic number. It's closer to 10 years. If you look at the numbers for the new pay at the AA regionals it doesn't really add up. 9E has a shorter upgrade time of as soon as you get 1000 p121, and the $23k bonus for captains too. The bonus also isn't dependent on factors like having a type rating when you come in or doing some internship.
