The only thing needed is CRM. Both pilots should know the plan and then execute that shizz.

For once I'd like to see guys kick auto off down through 180- if not in ny- if hand flying is that important to you. Nothing less impressive than flying it up to 10k at this point. Which if that's your bag (baby), fine. But hand flying up to 10 and auto off at flaps 45 on speed is pedestrian. Switch it up or something.

By all means everyone, we need more asaps out of our two ny airports for the same four screwups over and over again.

One can also eliminate the high workload by staying below 200knots until heading 040. No config changes until on that heading then knock all that stuff out. That makes it way easier.

My take on that...if someone can't hand fly the Whitestone raw data green needles while eating a taco without dropping guac on their tie then they need to turn off the AP and start practicing that ****. AP will never sharpen your skills!

Well I fly GA raw data with no autopilot installed how cool is that........ I mean like old school hahahaha who cares, I have an idea how about fly the plane your a PILOT...... it's like high school. I fly to 600' well I fly to 800' who cares don't crash or get me violated....in other news, how about another LOA iPad Air 2. Union did a good job with this one great on protecting our privacy and stoping them from monitoring our every move. Plus they cover your first damage on the device, and comes with Apple care! Then it's yours at the end of 36 months! Not a bad deal

If you all feel like your "skillz" ain't sharp welcome to the airlines.

Plenty of low paying 1900 and Metroliner gigs out there, and they can all fly circles around your super jet flying skillz when you finally sharpen up.

If you honestly feel like youre getting that bad certainly hand fly in some challenging areas, but don't pick the whitestone as a "refresher" or at least have the sense to turn the autopilot on when u screw up and don't realize it, the cue will be your partner saying, " you're getting back on heading right?". When ATC complains it's too late.

After you master the whitestone, the no autopilot turboprop guys will still own you.

Just tried logging in and it didn't work so yes.....I feel like every couple of weeks crewtrac just ******s the bed. It also sucks that they took away the 117 report on crew trac. it was nice to look at and see how close you were to timing out.
