No regional WO will make more first year than their mainline first year pilots. It's getting close at Delta with 9E getting over $60k. (New Delta TA notwithstanding)

Is this based on the advertisement where they include per diem and even medical benefits? Any objective look at an overall package would put Endeavor at or very close to the top.

Republic does not have us beat... The figure they use is highly deceptive. Including both per diem and medical benefits, as well as using a figure above guarantee.

Update - Delta IT is aware of the issue, and currently working to resolve it...

I just interviewed a couple weeks ago. Check out the gouge on http://aviationinterviews.com has everything you need to know.

Very straight forward. Lots of HR questions. They just want to put a face to the application. I was told if you have the interview you have the job. I've interview at 3 different regionals and had 2 more interviews next week. I accepted a class date with Endeavor and cancelled the last 2 interviews. This place fits my situation.
