Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

Everyone has their own opinion. A thought that may work is the following... bid the -200 for quicker movement in base/seat. QOL is huge and you will make far more money (net) with a line on the -200 vs the -900. So get on the -200, get to the base you want, then watch the line awards until you can hold a similar QOL on the -900, at that point swap over, then upgrade with the same thought process.

A guy hired today makes 60K his first year as a first officer. A year later he upgrades and pay increases to 62/hr and gets the 23K bonus for a total of 85K a year. This is a good outlook. Plus the year after he is guaranteed an interview with Delta.
A guy hired 6 years ago... He's already a captain and if he wanted to move on to Delta has about a 70% chance of that having happened (The SSP acceptance was way over 50%.. the numbers are published it was about 70% acceptance rate per pilot participating after the second interview) If this pilot is bidding for over 80 hrs credit he is earning 95K this year, plus per diem, plus performance bonus. This guy is in the 89th income percentile of the US.
As pilots we are blessed. The company is doing us well and treating us well for an entry level airline job. The pilots annual income here tops out at $112,000 per year. The top has also caught up at Endeavor. Guys complaining need to open their eyes, they are facing first world problems.

Not true. Class sizes has been down. 16+2 return to works in class that started yesterday. Overall we're about 40/month for the last couple months, but it looks like that is decreasing further hence the 18 this last class. (down from 60/month (30/class)) prior to the American/PSA/piedmont/envoy flow announcement). Some new hires are even leaving in their first couple years of employment for psa/piedmont/envoy to american flow. I can say I blame them. This company has really become a great place to work, but we dont have any kind of flow. I know if United was to start a flow at another regional we'd probably have half the company bail.

Those who participated in the trial will be able to continue to use their devices. From what we have heard it sounds like Endeavor will be providing the devices to the pilots although that has not been specifically spelled out yet. So PLEASE don't go out and buy an iPad expecting to be reimbursed for it. We don't even have the mounting hardware for all of the test program members yet.

They might have a hard time backing that number up, the success rate for October was 6 of 26. The program is a total flop, why anyone would apply at Endeavor is beyond me. Even if your end game is Delta you'd be better off going somewhere else (AA wholly) and applying off the street. If you actually get selected at least you'll have a real shot, if not you'll have a backup plan. Plus captain attrition is going to slow since they've ran through the SSP on that side.
