I smell a self centered pilot who can't see far enough in front to see that this does help him, and take care of him. New hires are the key to this regional and our continued growth.

I'm going to be near the front of those benefiting from the new bonus, starting in Dec. While I wish it included everyone, like most of you have said, attracting more below you is also an added bonus. I bet it keeps getting better too, the race to attract newbies/135/91/previous121 guys like myself is in full swing, good for all! Looking forward to flying with all of you!

Couldn't agree more.
I know this, you know this. But the pilots being hired now are like undecided voters. They are mostly University flight instructors that only hear the word flow.

Ah yes the infallible, unbreakable flow. QOL, pay, upgrade. From what I gather, anyone here needn't look too far for an example of how sure of a thing those flows are. Does it help with recruiting? Sure. Does it automatically make one place better than another? Unless you're getting a mainline seniority number on your first day of indoc, or they're willing to etch that agreement in granite, keep it. Look at the number of AA retirements, if they flow one of their regionals into oblivion in the name of maintaining the flow, I'll gladly say I was dead wrong.
