I would be surprised if it is anything more than changing the New Hire Bonus to $10,000, which they can do as their discretion per LOA 71.

Hardly. Increasing pay rates to north of $60K for a new hire? I don't benefit from this either - missed it by two weeks - but I'm actually pumped to read this. Way to go, Endeavor!
