We are the quick reaction force for Delta, responding to a plethora of system wide contingencies due to our wholly owned nature. This is both good and frustrating. But I think being here is worth dealing with the uncertainty. I don't think its an uncertainty of whether or not I'll have a job tomorrow, though. Management still seems to have the attitude of "let's work together." When I get mad, I remind myself they are running a business not a charity.

Yes, absolutely. Just have to ride out the bumps when they happen and keep it going.

I don't know about quick. It's been 12 years of ups and downs. Still on reserve, I'd say I'm being quite patient.

You could have been a doctor with all those patience... because patience sounds like patients... because you- ahh never mind.

At the last town hall in CLT there were a bunch of Legacy Airways types complaining about that. Parker just put his foot down and said it wasn't changing.

Which is honestly fine by me.

More often than not "Big Announcements " are a big bust. The day is far from over. I hope we hear something positive today. Maybe we will learn when construction on our new LGA crew room will start.

Heck I just want to know if I can keep using my EFB after today. It would kinda suck going back to paper after using electronic charts for 6 months.
