And there are still 31 combined secondary vacancies not assigned for DTW. There is some movement. I can't wait to see what next year brings. Hopefully by December new hires can bid for DTW again.

Did a June 2016 new hire upgrade? All seat locks should of been released before even considering having someone with less than one year of experience upgrade.

Haven't even looked at the award but there are no locks to upgrade unless you bid to a lower paying position or have a training hold due to failure... not saying you or anyone falls into that grouping, but there are no locks to upgrade beyond those 2 scenarios unless my memory is failing me on the contractual language.

NY 200 CA waived down to 352 company hours. These numbers keep on dropping every vacancy; street captains 2017...

Doubt it, maybe a class or two at most, assuming no additional airplane. There's a lot of hiring in 2015, lots of those FO's have been flying a bunch, in an effort to get themselves to the regulatory minimum for upgrade. More airplanes and I have no doubt that's the case.

I was one of the last dudes to get DTW-900. Lucky I have 3 more new guys behind me! Hopefully more DTWers can move back here soon. Congrats to all the captains!

Again assuming a vast majority those 2015 hires are going to take the upgrade at first opportunity, which is not likely. Also, wasn't there talk about an additional 20 50's for 2017 or something like that?

I think the assumption is, there isn't gate space in NYC for another 20 200's. Sure, if all the upgrades are NYC, people won't be interested in it as much (myself included, no way would I commute to NY for reserve). But if those 20 200's that are rumored for 2017 are anywhere but NYC, its going to open up stuff system wide, at least on the 200, in my opinion.

All that and a buck gets you coffee at LGA.

Who would of thought LGA has one of the best deals in the country. It is good coffee too, a tad on the over roasted side but still good. I wonder if refills are free now that is it self serve?

How long is reserve? What are the reserve rules?
Am interested in 9E but it'd be lateral move; therefore I want to be sure it's worth it.
What would the chances be for getting a -900? (Don't care about base- would be able to move)
Coming in with ~800 part 121 hours (and 3500 total from part 91) what would upgrade be running?
