Business casual. Slacks or khakis and shirt or polo are just fine.

Did they take that out of the class syllabus? Every time I've been to a training event it's been on it.

Can CS assign AM ready reserve if you bid and are awarded P2 reserve?

After the first day, yes. Doesn't make sense to me either

They also have to adjust your contact period for the first day

There's no "official" guidance for the CTP course. All you get is go here at this time and we will see you in a couple weeks after you've taken your written. It can be confusing for sure.

It's in the FAQ of the CAE packet you should've gotten with your new hire paperwork. But you're right, overall Endeavor and CAE are both a little shy on details regarding the CTP course.

I was one of the first to go to the CTP course last year. No fancy paperwork for me!

Just finished the CTP course last week. Syllabus is in the FAQ packet and is as follows: Days 1-4 are classroom learning (they give you books to follow along with the ppt presentations each day) and days 5-7 are spent in the simulator. For me, it was a 1830-0000 sim block, but then you spend the whole day doing whatever (studying sheppardair, sleeping, etc...). Overall quite a fun experience!
