At this point you would have about 500 FOs in front of you and upgrades slowed to only 10 on the last vacancy so it will be quite awhile to get to a new hire at that pace. No quick upgrade here anymore. Looks a lot like PSA did in 2014-15. People come expecting quick upgrade and then it stagnants. I'd only come here if you want to be based in NYC. Be careful believing advertising and recruiters. Great company but NYC is new hire destiny and upgrades will slow as all new planes have arrived and new hires from 2015 are starting to get 1000 hours 121.

Upgrades will continue for some time, though I suspect most will only be to 200 captain now, and not quite at the same pace, though still plenty between SSP reserve captains and the additional planes next year... As for the 900, at best a few never ending reserve spots may open up, otherwise it's lifer heaven short of somebody else going out of business creating growth in that size plane.

More planes have been announced, an additional 20 CRJ2 for 2017... who they come from (they say it won't be mothballed ones, so either ExpressJet(ASA) or SkyWest) and where they will be based out of, NYC? ATL? RDU? Other.... who knows at this point, all I'm willing to bet is it will be a place in the Eastern time zone, and not DTW.

Now they might be lined up right next to the 700s from gojets and the 175s from republic but common man, take a pill.

If someone wants to send in a resume or schedule an interview, do we call the number on the company website where it states pilot opportunities. Also can anyone provide me with a latest interview gouge, and possible new hire bases/ac assignment. And how is the training overall and the pass/fail rate in training. Thank you.

Agreed. As a new hire I advise you to not listen to rumors. This industry is full of rumors that are just that. Base your decision on facts and get the facts from pilots at the airlines you are interested in and NOT the recruiters - remember their job is to get you to their airline. Good luck in your decision.

He is just stating the truth. While the possibility is exciting - do you remember the 175 and 700 rumors from last year? Nothing came of it. Until there is an official announcement and really until the planes show up on property don't take a rumor for truth. Heck Envoy thought they were losing all their 700s but the other airline could not staff them so Envoy is still flying most of them. Let's be honest with people considering Endeavor. Great management, people, pay etc. We have enough great things to attract those that want to be based in NYC, so let's work with what have to offer new hires instead of selling rumor.
