Understand this will all change month to month and depend on how many lines there are, how many leave, someone senior wanting certain days off and bidding reserve.
Best guess on the 175 is about 11/2019 hires. But that includes the times during Covid when we didn’t hire, from April 2020 to about June 2021. So for new hires maybe 10-11 months. Maybe less.
145 would be around 08/2019 hires. A little over a year or so.

so 11/2019 lineholder is 1/2022-11/2019-(6/2021-3/2020)= 25mo - 15mo = 10 months of seniority

Some people might be holding out for the 175, but if they really want the 175, displacing them won’t help the company since they can just bid across. They won’t be seatlocked unless they choose to be.

Forced upgrades don’t help if there’s no one left to force. They only need to force upgrade when a significant number of FOs are bypassing upgrade even if they are qualified. How many of those are there right now?
