Question from a future pilot, when the contract expires is there likely to be a pay raise. Does a pay raise usually happen every CBA negotiation no matter how small? I mean I know QOL is life, but getting you guys more pay not in the form of a bonus doesn’t hurt I’d imagine?

👍 cut your teeth at a regional for a little bit. Don’t let the flow carrot suck you in. Was at voy for 4yrs, left during the Covid year back to helos, had 2 121 CJO’s from a LCC and ULCC during the rona year while I was away from 121, then got on with a good 121 ACMI after being out of jets for that year. It’s a pilot market. Just make sure whatever regional you pick, you can see yourself there long term if more unexpected world events happen during your tenure there. Good luck. #flyarmy
