Problem is the draw of flow, mainline flight benefits, and the shiny jet is a lot stronger than you guys are giving it credit for. Poor flow language, low pay and reserve rules be damned.

It will really suck for them next vacancy as all the people displaced this last one move back, forcing these new hires out of their seat.

It’s almost comical if not so sad.
