Word from admin was that they intentionally ran smaller classes in order to prevent bottlenecks with sim time around the upcoming holidays. Torpedoed my class seniority, but oh well.

No, they are even getting people in before they even start actual training to make sure they are stuck. The talent pool is just so thin for them.

That was a lie. Envoy's MO is throw as many people on the seniority list as quickly as possible so they don't get bored and find other shiny 175s.

Similarly, they're deceiving you because they think it makes you less likely to wander off. Did anybody no-show day 2 of indoc in your class after finding out they were on the 145? We had two in my class lol.

Finally seeing bigger classes starting today? What I am unsure of is….

is Envoy throttling classes down due to limited Sims, training resources etc?

or

Is the applicant pool for Envoy drying up?

I’ve heard both, but not sure who can know for sure.
