It's not as junior as ORD or LGA and it will still take 8+ months to get there.

The involuntary TDY was from DFW. FO's in ORD and LGA bid the MIA TDY and didn't get it.

TDY was different obviously.
New hires bid for MIA and got it. They are moving over in August. Nowhere near 8+ months.

Yeah, that dude clearly is clueless...

New hires are getting Mia in training. TDY is totally different.

And Mia has the best flying on the 145 in the system. It’s rare to see 5 leg days.

So if you are low man in new hire class and know you are going to get 145, which base would be the best for a 145 FO as far as less time on reserve, most flying time on reserve, exc?

I'm clueless?

Dera doesn't even understand how the flow plan works.

Junior MIA FO awarded this last vacancy was a Feb hire. He won't touch MIA until August. Most of the transfers are Jan/19 or earlier. 8+ months.

I swear some of you don't even work here.

Feb hire?
Can you even read? Like basic numbers?
Try mid-March.

29 awarded MIA FE, 3rd from the bottom is 2/25 hire.
The plug was hired 2 weeks later and the guy between them doesn't work here anymore. Wow. One single guy, incredible. His life in MIA will be ultimate suck once he actually gets down there 3+ months from now.

I think we should implement a rule, no FO's on the 175 give advice about the 145 or CRJ. It's apparent most of you don't have a clue how the other 65% of the airline works.

Yup, a February hire...

...who is still in training...he’ll be in Chicago 2 months at most and then have Miami...

So you admit you were wrong? Who cares about "3rd from the bottom", you said junior.

It was a March, not a Feb, hire who got MIA. And no-one asked about how his life will suck or not. He'll spend 2 months in ORD, not 8+.

Your goalposts are very fluid I see.
