There was more to it then just the wrong turn. Lack of communication and overly aggressive maneuvering added to the problem as did a semi well know passenger.

And again, CVR and FOQA data is non punitive.

I guess the pilot group misunderstood that too.

No. You just don't know the whole story.

Sorry. You are wrong. Go back to your cave. You clearly have no idea about this so why comment about it?

What happened that caused all these weird messages about what ramp will say exactly? Without knowing anything this sounds like a laweristic way to absolve responsibility of one to another, or someone carelessly hit something easily in view.

At other operations, recurrent AQP was specifically about what we've done right, what we can do better at, and how to go forward. It was tailored to make us better based on mistakes of the past... collectively. Here is just a PGI reading slides about an FOM, nothing new, just watered down initial. We could so much better. I just need to stop complaining and find a way to respectability and tactfully try to influence changes. Not sure how to start without stepping on toes.

These vauge messages and seemingly zero tolerance for error without real guidance is getting perplexing.

Two planes were smashed tail to tail and one plane was pushed into a fuel truck. I think there was a third incident I'm probably forgetting recently as well.

There's also the runaway catering cart but I don't think that necessarily has to do with it.

I also feel like this is a lead up to using the auto park devices.

Two planes being smashed tail to tail cannot be prevented by clearing that safety area taxiing in. Nor can a plane being pushed into a fuel truck. But the incident of the fuel truck was not a movement by the plane, but was caused by multiple failures while refueling. The truck wasn’t positioned properly, it wasn’t chalked and the interlock failed. Still doesn’t have anything to do with pilots taxiing.

If there have been some taxi incidents, would be nice to hear specifics from management as opposed to cryptic HI6s. But knee jerking to the wrong problem is a way of life.
