I've sent several manual requests via the instructions. He only updated the manual request after I submitted a separate email asking why it wasn't being updated. And then no updates since, even if I'm following the directions.

Long story short, proffered to displace and I was awarded Capt on the bid back in April. Filled out the RF VOL 1 to seat lock and get the extra 5 hours of pay.
I haven’t seen any of that yet. I figured maybe it wouldn’t pay until I was technically done with training, but I finished ioe in September. Figured I’d at least see the first 5 hours on the end of Oct check. Yet nothing. Am I missing something?

It should have started 2 weeks prior to the start of your training.
If you started in Sept or earlier, it should appear in this check. I don’t know if they add a separate line for it, or just adjust up your guarantee. Someone else may know that.
