Biggest pet peeve. Crew not taking out their trash bag when they leave the plane. -__-
It’s gotten bad in the last year or so, then again 70% of pilots have about two years on property or less.

At least there IS a trash bag!

Lately, it seems that while climbing out I turn to throw away the departure ATIS to find out we don't have a trash bag at all. My first couple years here, never gave it a thought, FAs just gave us one. Now I've got to make a point to remember to ask. I'd rather have the previous crew's bag... at least then I got one.

Had an FO call out to me and the co-pilot as we were walking away from handing off the plane, when we looked back he dropped our bag of garbage at his feet and put his hands in the air like we did some great injustice against him.

I'm so sorry we left a bag with 4 ATIS printouts and an empty water bottle behind..
