Have you reached out to the CPO? They can get with our friend in scheduling and be sure you’re allowed to bid. Or, have you tried to submit a bid and had it denied? Also, prepare a paper bid and send it to the CPO as well.

Or, if you are the plug, you might actually want to hold off on that and have CS build you a schedule for March.
