Okay so collectively everyone here is in agreement in wanting to do so,but what are doing out there in the REAL world in regards to getting that done?

We talk a lot on the forums for sure, but in regards to Pilot unity in person I still really see none except that we all talk sh*t myself included.

I do believe it’s time we really start campaigning and getting people together collectively in demanding what we want and having people do the jobs people were put in the position to do.

I think part of the problem is that all the Union guys in charge, making decisions for the whole pilot group is close to flowing. Why would they upset Management when they could possibly risk repercussions.

The answer is they won't. Food for thought.

This is a completely unfair comment, especially considering how hard every one of the MEC members work on a regular basis on your behalf. We are actually very luck this is all going down now and not 6-9 months from now when everyone in the MEC who has experience dealing with management will be gone

I've been sharing the pay differences on this board. I need to get ahold of endeavors, republics, and Mesas compensation tables to name a few to add to my list. As of now it's just Envoy vs PSA. I think number one is education.

It's not that Envoy is a bad place to be, it's that to a new hire, there may be better places to be. QoL can be subjective, but you can't argue with numbers.

For example, a 2nd year FO at PSA sitting reserve makes $900 more per month, or $10,800 more per year pre-tax, than one doing the same job here at Envoy.

Does that include the $10,000 retention bonus that Envoy FO gets?

Don't forget that runs somewhat behind, figure 7500 tops the second year. And then you upgrade.

Dera, you do understand that not everyone at envoy is lucky to get bonuses as the new hires do.

He was talking about 2nd year FO pay rates. Is there a 2nd year FO who wasn't lucky to get bonuses as a new hire?
