FO’s actually got a $340 paycut if you work min hours because you want to spend more time at home with your fam.
Yes, this is why I assumed that the retention wasn’t going away. Pay raise confirmed for pay cut I guess.

My paycheck says $38.66 per hour.
$50.21 per hour is a $11.55 an hour increase.

If you're talking about second year FO pay, then stop using $50.21 as the new pay rate as well.

Every other airline that has raised pay in this round has done so at the expense of FO bonuses. This raise was about Captain pay (which has been way WAY out of whack for a long time).

Of course it was FOs with less than a year on property that I ran into complaining we weren’t getting raises because the union was asking for too much and said they were actively complaining to their reps. I bet these guys would have loved to have some new reserve rules.

But that’s asking too much.

Haven't seen the new rates other than advertised $50.20, with that said I feel it would make a difference as long as OT structure remains the same. I might actually pick up OT for once if thats the case.

That, assuming you only hit min guarantee every single month. I'd say the vast majority of FOs got a raise.
Not as big as straight numbers would suggest, but still a raise.

It's the same deal as PSA and PDT for FOs.

Yay, FOs get a raise as long as they work more to make up for the lost pay!

You're logic is undeniable
