Every FO on reserve got a raise.
The only ones who didn't are the second year FOs who bid 72 hour lines, and they lost a few hundred bucks a year, assuming they don't work a minute over the minimum 72 hours every single month.

Your logic is flawed.

btw. It's funny to read back old posts on the PSA thread, when some of you guys were arguing that our FOs are WAY underpaid compared to the new PSA rates, and now that we are getting 100% the same deal, suddenly it's a paycut for us.

People didn't realize they were taking away the retention bonus. Some also didn't realize PSA has a different OT structure. This is why I am concerned as to what the deal will be was far as still getting line guarantee + any OT at 150% or more

The draft I've seen didn't include any changes to how OT is structured.

It's not the same deal when our work rules are vastly inferior

It's like talking to a politician with you.

Nah, we're not that bad compared to them. We have better commuter hotels, our OT is better. It's not rainbows and unicorns there either.

Right now, PSA has the best deal, we are a bit behind, and PDT is still at the bottom by a considerable margin.
Next few months will show how this will change at ENY, I think OT starts going senior again and that hoses the 1-2 year FOs.
