That don't make sense though. They have contract with Mesa for the lift, while on the other hand AA can do whatever they want with Envoy.

It is perplexing why we're getting thier flying.

CPAs have minimum levels, clearly Mesa's is very, very low.
So is RAH's.
Skywest seems to negotiate better deals.

Any idea why? There were certainly plenty of their planes at the gate and with their already reduced schedule they SHOULD be able to cover the flying.

Because American was ****ed that we wouldn’t let them not pay us for flights they canceled last minute. If you honestly want to know why that’s it. American wanted to break our contract with them and JO basically told Doug Parker to get bent on that. If you look at July it’s back towards our normal amount. June will be slow going though.

If Dougie’s and Jonny’s bromance is over, not a good thing for Mesa.

I’ve been told they kissed and made up which is why supposedly July should be back to normal. Then again who knows if that’s the truth or not.

This may or may not be true, but as far as schedules, July schedule is not back to normal, AA just has not updated yet. It looks like what they planned for prior to corona. June also looked very promising until they updated it sometime in May.

The P2 schedule isn’t pre Covid. The 08-P1 is however. The F0 for July should be coming out any day

CPA must have "national emergency" language allowing them to gut departures.

Why would they want to pay Mesa and pay Envoy. Government is payroll protecting everyone, why pay a fee for a departure.

Anyone else having to wait a ridiculously long time between posts or am I on some sort of naughty list for an unknown reason? This 240 seconds between posts didn't used to be there, so either they changed something across the board or I am in trouble, although it has been several weeks since it started so I dont know what I could have done.

I usually log on here during a down couple of minutes so having to wait 4 minutes between postings seems extreme.
