they never really stopped using F&H solutions. It’s not like they rehired them, they’ve pretty much had Glass doing AA/AE the past 7 years. He just becomes the point man when it’s screw over the employees in a big way time.
F&H Solutions is a labor relations & management company..... which is a polite way of saying union busters. That’s what Glass does, union busting.

But ALPA uses pilots. Our dues should be paying for some professional negotiators that can’t fired by the ‘Voy because they don’t work for the ‘Voy.

You're aware that Envoy MEC has a full time legal counsel working in the office, right?

He neither a negotiator, nor does he have a vote in approving, or even giving direction for, what the NC is discussing.

The fact that he can’t be intimidated by management is immaterial.

Are these guys involved directly in negotiating with the company without fear of retaliation. That seems to be what people want here, no intimidation or fear you will get fired for sticking up for the pilot group.

Someone with no personal agenda, impartial who isn't looking for personal gain out of these agreements. ie- increased flow cause Im close to flowing, or a more pay for lifers cause I’m sticking around until age 65.

He’s suggesting the MEC put an outside law firm on retainer to handle all negotiations. They can talk to glass and co.

Its a good idea. It’s an even better idea if all 3 WO’s use the same firm..

Yes we are all aware. However it does us no good for negotiations. People have been arguing for independent counsel outside of the MEC for years and for some odd reason, they fight it every time. Personally I think it is the MEC trying to justify their existence but that’s neither here nor there. The only really effective group are the contract compliance team and even then, it can be a struggle.
