Who tf cares if they were or not. They at least made the effort to attend while most of the guys here complaining only update their app and expect a call.

You’re a clown dude. Have you even tried getting out other than just filling out apps? Spirit and frontier are taking everyone with your experience but your attitude might be an automatic TBNT.

why are people leaving? Don’t they know we can flow an extra 2 a month if they stay.

The changes to United’s Aviate program announced recently are 2 years and 2,000 hours no interview required CJO to United. They just beat the AA flow by several years.

Several? They beat it by like 10 years on paper for a new hire today. You’d genuinely have to be crazy to come here for the flow. How does this timeline work for staffing the Aviate regionals though is the question? I think not very well if they actually deliver.

ps I’m about 3 years in at Envoy, I could leave today and go to GoJet and flow more than a year sooner.

United doesn't own most of those regionals. By their own premises, they won't need or want half of those regionals in five years anyway. They might as well bring the pilots in-house. In general, it's a win-win for everyone except ZW/C5 management.

Interesting perspective but it seems like a stretch. Corporations like Trans States Holdings exist to make money for their owners/shareholders, not give pilots 777 FO EWR on their 25th birthday.

I hope it’s real.
