On a side not I was in the interview last week as well 1 of 3 CFI's and 1 other commercial pilot. All others at the interview were prior 121 or some amount of experience. The briefing during the interview they told the 121 guys they would be in class within the next month where as the guys that were off the street we got told expect October or November, (one mentioned could be September). So I have no idea what we are looking at class wise. It does seem the 121 guys are getting the priority.

I wonder if this will work or if they know they are paying and have a plethora of people and wont care. Just curious on what their mentality would be on this.

Side note from the other response above. If envoy is now telling you it’ll be 3-4 months expect 6-8. They’ve been telling people up till last month there was no wait when in reality it was closer to 2 months. Like I said earlier. No only do they have a backlog of people who are on payroll waiting for indoc but they have others who requested class dates ahead of you and on top of that they have more cadets reaching mins everyday and prior 121 applicants interviewing that’ll jump the line and extend how long till class

Still need another cjo. I only interviewed at envoy. I have interviews this week and next.

The bonus/pay calculator Envoy has shows you get 7,500 for a E175 type rating under option “0-500 hrs” but another section of the website stated that you don’t get it unless you have 750 hours in that type, can anyone confirm who received that bonus?
