Pretty sure the recruiters are told to tell people one thing and then when you get in there’s the actual onboarding team. I’ve heard from several others who are waiting for spots as well.

There very well might be a hole. If Envoy gets the reputation that they are blowing off all the pre-121 applicants, they’ll stop applying. Then the 121 time applicants dry up because they will at some point. Then Envoy has to start going after pre-121 again. This stuff can’t turn around overnight. There’s the hole.

Wow. 105? That's absolutely nuts. Good to know. I've been on FMLA for a couple months and can only imagine how terrible it is there now with the announcement of Envoy/PSA/Piedmont pay rates. The company appears to be completely unwilling to pay competitive wages. I've been there for over 4 years and am very much looking forward to a change with Envoy - even if it means commuting.

If you live in a base and don’t care to move onto a LCC, a WO would be the place to be. Quite a few RPA pilots are looking forward to getting on with the WOs.
