The only union reps that don't get threatened by management are in managements back pocket, we have had many here at eagle/envoy that fit that description. Now management can't control so they threaten. You point is what, whenever a union rep gets threatened they should resign, well then everyone in political office should comply, from Obama and down.

And actually he has been saying that after about 18-24 months things should improve here at envoy and that there is no reason to concede anything.

Yes. After the 40th 175 arrives the Protected Pilots goes up to 50%.

Under planned delivery of e175 dates and the remaining 824 flowing the protected pilots should be starting at 50% almost immediate. Give or take a month or two.

I'll agree with you that over the course of his term, he's gone some really good things. The flight confidence check email, in and of itself, was a great idea. The problem is that he is not forthcoming at all to his constituents. He blatantly lies to us (identity of Mason32), he gets used as a divisive instrument by management (Pedro jumpseating episode), and now his recent turn around and inability to say anything which might be unsavory to managements' ears coincides quite conveniently with their attempt to fire him.

A rep getting threatened by the inept fools who claim they run this place is not in and of itself a bad thing. Not telling everyone what happened, and then trumpeting the management cause is what's problematic.

All these guys saying Envoy is headed for shut down are way off base. We are shrinking, but that's slowing dramatically and we'll be taking 40 eJets starting this fall.

Things were rough for awhile, but we've definitely turned the corner. We have guaranteed movement for years to come with the flow. Attrition is mostly off the top these days because guys farther down the list realize it'll be better here than many other regionals.

I wouldn't put to much stock into these PSA naysayers. FirstClass is on a RAH board touting their demise. I guess they feel the need to beat everyone down, so they can continue the airline pyramid scheme. The fact of the matter is a new hire at Envoy will flow faster to AAG then at any other regional.

PDT is faster. 5 years max. Once you are caught in a lie, the rest of your posts become unreadable.

PDT and Envoy are very similar. PSA is 20 years to wait for an interview. Longer when you factor in their 50 seat aircraft getting parked and their inability to staff.

Do you have anything of substance to add to the discussion? Are you in the Envoy training center? Have you talked to anybody there? Have you spoken with our POI? Do you have the faintest idea who is running the program? Have you spoken to any of our Check Airman in the program? Initial cadre pilots? Where we are doing sim training at? Who is running our ground school program? Do you know what our delivery schedule is? How many Ca and Fo awards were on the last vacancy for that aircraft? You incessantly spout off as if we will never see the 175 but you have no clue as to the reality of the situation.
